By accessing or using WealthStack ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WealthStack is an AI-powered wealth management platform designed for Indian financial advisors and their clients. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
WealthStack provides AI-powered financial analysis, portfolio management tools, research capabilities, and advisory support through specialized AI agents. The Platform is a tool for financial professionals — it does not provide direct financial advice to end consumers.
WealthStack is a technology platform, not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or mutual fund distributor. All analysis, recommendations, and outputs generated by AI agents are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as personalized financial advice. Users are responsible for their own investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information provided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each organization account is multi-tenant — data is scoped by organization and not shared across organizations. You agree not to share your account with unauthorized users.
Client financial data, portfolio information, and conversation history are stored securely and scoped to your organization. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. LLM providers process your queries but do not retain conversation data beyond the request lifecycle. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to circumvent security measures, (c) scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform, (d) use AI agents to generate misleading financial claims, or (e) exceed your organization's token budget without authorization.
WealthStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, regulatory penalties, or damages arising from the use of AI-generated analysis or recommendations. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks — read all scheme-related documents carefully.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
